What do I get when I buy a cow?When purchasing a cow, regardless of whether it's a full or partial portion, you'll receive a diverse selection of cuts sourced from the entire animal.

Can I buy less than a full cow?Certainly, you have the option to purchase either a half or quarter cow, with the price determined by the animal's weight.

What’s the average weight of a cow?On average, Wagyu cows weigh around 1500 pounds, which reduces to 750 pounds after slaughter and further to 375 pounds after butchering.
